Shipping Policies. We want to ensure that your custom trophies and awards get delivered to you quickly and in great condition - and just the way you envisioned them. We care about your happiness. Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Fargo Trophy, and we think it will show - Please familiarize yourself with the following shipping policies before placing your order with FTC:
- Nearly every award, trophy and plaque product is shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Due to the custom nature of each of our products, some of our larger, more custom orders require additional time to complete and ship. For questions on how long your order will take to complete, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 701-478-4058.
- Delivery time from our offices in Downtown Fargo, ND may require an additional 2-5 days, depending on where you are located.
- We offer RUSH shipping options at the customers expense. Please email or call us with questions regarding our expedited shipping options and rates.
- The size of your order may add additional production time and/or shipping expense. With this said, it is our goal to get each and every order shipped faster than the delivery times mentioned on this page.
- We offer basic shipping and expedited options for international as well as Canadian sign orders – we have upgraded our Canadian shipments and are a Non Resident Importer (NRI) to our Canadian customers. For Canadian shoppers, the displayed shipping prices refer to the landed cost rate (includes freight, brokerage, duty and tax). All international orders will be reviewed and shipped at the discretion of Fargo Trophy Company. Please note that customers are responsible for imports VAT, clearance fees, or any other charges incurred during international transit.
- PLEASE NOTE: incomplete shipping addresses and addresses that change during shipping WILL incur additional shipping charges without warning.

Return Policies. Although we pride ourselves on our premier quality, we understand that there are extenuating circumstances in which returns will occur. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase and would like to have a purchased refunded or replaced, please familiarize yourself with Fargo Trophy Company’s policies regarding returns:
- The buyer is responsible for notifying us within 30 days of order receipt if defective or damaged products arrive.
- Customers with defective goods must contact our service department by emailing email@example.com or calling 701-478-4058.
- Orders shipped back to us without confirming the return to us may void any return or refund.
- Damage caused by accidents or improper use is the responsibility of the customer. Fargo Trophy Company is not responsible for misuse of any of our products.
- If you receive a custom product that is damaged or defective, Fargo Trophy Company will reproduce it as originally ordered and ship it free of charge. Refunds and exchanges for custom products that are neither damaged nor defective will not be granted.
- Fargo Trophy Company is not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit, return, or replacement.
- Please contact us immediately if a change needs to be made to your order, as we typically ship orders out within 1-3 business days.
- Fargo Trophy Company is not responsible for quantity discrepancies entered by the customer. If we are unable to reach customers to correct quantity discrepancies within 30 days of their order date, we will proceed to produce and ship only the amount of goods that were actually purchased.
- Canceled orders must be canceled prior to production & shipping. Once an order is produced or shipped, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange on an order you wish to cancel.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur additional ground expense.
- The buyer is responsible for determining the appropriate content for a custom product.

- If you purchase an item and request a proof, but change your mind on the product or fail to find a design that meets your expectations, you may cancel your order. However, this must be done prior to production for the purchase to be fully refunded. Our team of talented designers is confident in their ability to meet and exceed your expectations for each product they design.
